Efrat Zehavi: Rotterdam, Netherlands; Efrat Zehavi (1974, Haifa) is a visual and performance artist based in Rotterdam. Her work is a fabric woven from figurative images, short stories, animations and photos that result in theatrical installations. In her work, Zehavi focuses on the theme of personal freedom. She describes the tension between a person's origin, sex, education; ‘fate’ and its opposite concept of ‘free will’.
